Experienced Motorcycle Technicians
We are currently searching for qualified, experienced motorcycle technicians to lead our busy workshop team in our multi-franchised dealership for Kawasaki, Suzuki and Zontes.
The successful candidates must have experience with modern motorcycles and be able to use current diagnostic equipment as well as all aspects of servicing and modern engine work.
You will also be required to undertake the supervisory role of looking after the junior technicians, it also involves the booking of work and allocating jobs to the other team members, liaising with the other departments for the successful running of PDI and Warranty work.
This role may suit a car technician wanting to retrain in the motorcycle industry, factory training will be provided in the UK. Hours are Monday to Saturday which would allow a day off during the week.

Ideal Candidate
The suitable candidate should ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 or C & G equivalent and have experience of working in a franchised workshop environment. If you are a qualified MOT tester that would be advantageous although not necessary but you must have the criteria to become an MOT tester.
Essential
You should have a minimum of 3 years of technical experience with modern motorcycles and be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards. You must be a self-starter with a flexible can-do attitude, have good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team. A very high standard of work ethic is expected, with excellent customer skills, Computer skills are a must as we use a Windows program for invoicing, and communications with the Franchises.
A full bike and car licence are essential.
